My love for teaching and for early childhood education has found me in the ideal profession as a teacher in the York Region District School Board. I had the opportunity to work as a Designated Early Childhood Educator in the initial phase of Full-Day Kindergarten and as a Full-Day Kindergarten Teacher for several years. I am currently teaching in the Primary grades, where I strive to incorporate play and inquiry into the curriculum. I constantly challenge myself to become a better teacher and facilitator through networking, workshops, and courses. I was inspired by my colleagues, my loved ones, and my love for children to create this blog in hopes to inspire others during their own journey! A special thanks to my husband, Shaz Lym, for designing my logo and motivating me to share my work with others.
